Toronto Nigerian Lions Club begins Service Year with Lion Pius Idiakheua, as Club President.

The Toronto Nigerian Lions Club, District A-711, Ontario Canada proudly recognized as the first all-Nigerian Lions Club outside Nigeria, is pleased to announced the official start of its new leadership under the presidency of Lion Pius Idiakheua as Club President, for 2025-2026. His tenure begins 1st July 2025.
As a seasoned accountant and accomplished administrator, Lion Pius Idiakheua brings professional expertise and a deep passion for humanitarian service to the role. A charter member of the Toronto Nigerian Lions Club who has consistently demonstrated unwavering dedication to community service and leadership. Under his presidency, the club is poised to expand its impact both locally and internationally.
In his inaugural remarks, President Idiakheua expressed sincere gratitude for the opportunity to serve, acknowledging the remarkable efforts of past leaders who laid a strong foundation for the club’s growth. He outlined his administrative services; focusing on the international global causes which are:
– Youth Empowerment.
– Childhood Cancer Awareness and Support.
– Hunger Relief and Food Security.
– Environmental Sustainability.
– Diabetes Awareness and Prevention.
– Vision Care and Outreach.
– Disaster Relief.
– Humanitarian Efforts.
President Idiakheua emphasized the club’s commitment to making a lasting difference in the lives of individuals and families, particularly in underserved communities. He extended an open invitation to individuals, community members, organizations, and potential partners to join hands with the Toronto Nigerian Lions Club in service or explore membership opportunities.
